About Me

With medicine quickly changing, it is essential to rely on medical professionals motivated to transform the field. That is precisely what Dr. Leen Alhoussan has set out to do. She is passionate about serving the needs of others, especially those who are less fortunate. As a young doctor, she brought drive, eagerness, passion, and motivation to help everyone she came into contact with. Armed with the latest knowledge in a rapidly evolving field, she has what it takes to make a difference in the lives of everyone around her.

As is necessary for just about everyone who wants to pursue a career in medicine, Dr. Leen Al-Houssan has always been an exceptional student. Even in elementary school, she was an excellent, bright mind that displayed many natural talents. From there, she attended the Earl of March Secondary School, where multiple honor awards that serve as a testament to her academic performance and capabilities.

After high school, she finished medical school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, RCSI, graduating in 2021. That same year, she won the International Citizenship Award, awarded to medical students who demonstrate extraordinary talent and work ethic with a commitment to medicine.

In December 2021, she started working at the NHS in Basildon, Essex, UK, where she puts her skills to use and continues her journey of lifelong learning in medicine.
